#my favourite part of this scene besides the obvious #was how he already knew where he thought they were going to be meeting #but he didn’t just stroll in and announce that he’d worked it all out #he gave her the basics and let her work it out herself #because obvs she’s kate beckett and she doesn’t need him to spell it out for her #they figured it out together #because that’s what partners do
